Is this really free? What do I have to pay for?
The hotel stay is complimentary, but you still have to pay the taxes and resort fees. You also pay for your own travel (like flights or gas), food, and drinks. There are no hidden tricks—everything is explained before you book.
How do I get a complimentary vacation?
You can join one of our giveaways, contests, or sweepstakes. If you win, you’ll get a voucher for a hotel stay at one of our 1,400+ partner hotels around the world.
Why do you give away vacations? What’s the catch?
There’s no catch! We give away vacations because we believe travel changes lives. We make money when people use their vouchers and stay at our partner hotels—so the more people who travel, the better for everyone.
How do I use my voucher, and how long is it good for?
Just pick your destination from our partner hotels, follow the instructions on your voucher, and book your trip. Most vouchers are good for 18 months, so you have plenty of time to use them.
Can I bring family or friends? Can I give my trip to someone else?
Most vouchers are for two adults, but you can ask about adding kids or more guests. You can also give your complimentary trip to a friend or family member if you want!
Is this a timeshare or do I have to attend a sales pitch?
Nope! Our vacations are NOT timeshares, and you don’t have to sit through any sales meetings. Just enjoy your trip!
